In January 2003 I started to provide project management services to Altria ITSC-E (Information Technology Services Center - Europe) as an independent consultant.

In January 2004 I moved to Cheltenham (England) and started to work as an employee at the same company.

2003-Current

Project Manager
From small (quick win) to large projects, all successfully completed on time and on budget, working with 90% of the project team in other locations. Main projects:

· Implementation of a centralized ERP system for 22 European countries
· Implementation of an European Financial Shared Services Center, with technologies such as Document Scanning and Management, Cash and Banking and web Portal.
· Design and implementation of the Siebel CRM architecture for worldwide sales systems.
· Study, architecture design and implementation of the infrastructure for Warehouse Management System.
· Overall coordination of the upgrade from AIX4 to AIX5 on around 100 UNIX servers based on the ITSC-E Lausanne, with technical analysis, strategy definition, impact and risk analysis.
· KFUK Banbury Monitoring Transfer to ITSC-E - Transfer of UNIX system monitoring from support team in Banbury to ITSC-E customer services. The project was successfully implemented, on schedule and on budget.
